I like the shading here a lot! Your use of color and perspective is good as well.
One thing I would definitely suggest for you is to keep working on your anatomy skills. Her arms look disproportionate, especially the arm holding the cell phone. I suggest using photo reference to help you improve your anatomy skills ^_^
