It's not bad for practise and i really like the hair, the skin is drawn quite well too, i only think this needs a bit more anatomy practise but the kimono and the hair + eyes look quite good.
I think the nose and the mouth are drawn a bit too sharp and the hair could have a bit more depth, some darker lines to make it look less flat.
As far as i see this is a really nice work and with some more practise i can imagine that you would draw really nice paintings
